Catering

When applying, you will have the choice to either be fully catered, half-board or self-catering. All meals are taken onsite at Borwick Hall, apart from lunches on Friday and Saturday, where each group will make their own arrangements as you will be offsite.

Thursday Lunch

If you would like to have lunch when arriving at Borwick Hall, it must be pre-booked on the application form. It is provided by the Borwick Hall catering team and will probably be a burger, chips and salad. Please see the Programme for further details.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be provided by Borwick Hall. Following feedback and conversations with the staff at Borwick Hall, there will be an improved offering this year.

Evening Meals and Sunday Lunch

Following feedback from last year, all evening meals and Sunday lunch will now be provided by external caterers who will come to Borwick Hall to cook and serve the meals. The cost of this is fully included when you select your catering preferences on the application form and you will not be required to pay extra on the day (except for optional extras from the ice cream van).

We are delighted to confirm that this year's external caterers will be the same as last year, with an added pizza van joining us for one evening. The Milking Parlour Ice Cream will also be returning and yes, there will be customised wafers!

Meal Pricing

Thursday lunch: £16.00

3 x Breakfast: £32.00

3 x Evening meal & Sunday lunch: £72.00

Self Catering: No charge

Applications

Applications are now open and will close at the end of the day on Monday 6th April. The Course organisers will then review all the applications. If a Topic is oversubscribed, we will allocate places and inform all applicants whether they are being offered a place or not. The selection process may take two to three weeks, but we will try to expedite it. Places are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If a Topic is undersubscribed, we will publicise this towards the end of the application window to encourage more applications for that Topic.

Please carefully read the Topic descriptions (on this website and in the programme) before applying. It’s best to choose a topic that you can improve and consolidate, rather than trying something completely new.

Click the ”Apply Now!” button below to open the application form in a new window or tab. This way, you can refer to this site while filling in the form.
